After performing a crowd-favorite live version of Rihanna’s “Stay” at the Pitchfork Music Festival this past July, Low recorded a proper studio version at Sacred Heart in Duluth, MN. Low’s version of the pop ballad is a stunner and follows in the wake of the band’s March 2013, Jeff Tweedy-produced album The Invisible Way.

Именно этот альбом я скачал с какого-то файлообменника, найти варианты для себя просто.

Образованная в 1994 году в Дулуте, Миннесота (городе, ранее знаменитом только тем, что там вырос Боб Дилан) группа Low является, наверное, самой медленной в так называемом "slowcore" стиле. Нежная, простая и завораживающая музыка этого трио напоминает громкий шёпот, прерывающийся драматическим напряжением в интервалах между звуками.

Первоначально состоящвшая из супругов Алана Спрахока (гитара/вокал) и Мими Паркер (барабаны/вокал), а также басиста Джона Николса, Low возникла как реакция на доминирование гранжа.
